Bought Dad socks less than a week ago & paid cash. The lady that helped me said they would fit wide feet since I explained to her that he has bunions. I've never shopped here before, but she assured me that w/ the receipt we could return it. She didn't mention anything about not being able to return opened items, I mean how is Dad suppose to try them on?
Today, I brought it back & it was another story. The manager & clerk were entirely rude & could only exchange one cause it was opened. She said it was worn, I said no, he tried it on, it was too small so he couldn't wear it. They gave us cash back for the unopened one & we had to buy another sock for the exchange. They also asked for an ID, why in the world? I paid cash for it. No wonder I never come here & never plan to again. Ridiculous & unnecessary.
