  • Having purchase thousands of dollars of furniture over the past few years from this location, my husband and I went back. We had the misfortune of being pounced upon by a saleswoman named Christina or Christine or Michelle or something (I'm trying to forget her actually). She is younger with long blonde hair and claims to have been a interior designer in the past. Well, not sure about that but I am certain that she never won a personality contest. Wow, was she rude! We got as far as making an attempt to purchase when everything went south. When I showed my displeasure at all the underhanded attempts to pull a bait and switch on us, she became very condescending. I asked to speak to a manager and she repeatedly put me off and demanded to know why I wanted to speak to him. She told me that he was "right over there" and I could call him if I wanted. It was truly as if she didn't give a rat's behind if we were unhappy. She didn't bat an eye as I started to get frustrated. Apparently they have so much business that losing a customer is no biggie. I got really upset with her and wanted to leave immediately. My husband is able to handle a lot more than I when it comes to attitude, so he encouraged me to just continue with the purchase as we had invested a lot of time in it already and really needed this piece of furniture. If not for him, I would have probably said something very nasty and walked out. There is no way in Hell that I will ever step foot in that particular store every again. These appear to be the sleeziest of the sleezy salespeople. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. We did go to the Mesa (Power Rd) location after this experience and dealt with a gentleman by the name of Aaron Leitz and had a very pleasant sale. If we must do business with Mor in the future, we will be going the extra miles to buy from Aaron!
