  • Worst experience of my life! I took my computer in to Sparky's and told them that it was running slow, could they make it run faster. Sparky's took everything off my computer and moved everything to one file on a backup hard drive without asking me or telling me. They uninstalled all my programs, including Outlook and Quickbooks. This was a huge nightmare since I run my business on Quickbooks. When I called to asked how to reinstall or get the info back to my computer they were rude and wouldn't help me. I was astounded by their attitude since they gave me back a computer that I couldn't use. It has taken me months to try and get my computer back to where it was before I took it in to Sparky's.
