  • Please contact the Attorney General's office and all consumer advocacy divisions of the local TV stations in Phoenix if you have had a bad situation with this company. The AG's office is interested in hearing what you have to say and this place needs to be shut down asap. They are criminals who treat customers very badly and someone needs to shut them before they can scam more customers. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to know who i've been talking to....AG's office, TV stations, Ripoff Report, BBB, etc. Let's work together to put these scumbags out of business. Maybe some of us will even get our money back, as they steal from customers left and right with hidden fees and consistent refusals to refund deposits......even if the deposits were duplicates run on cards with no authorization from the customer. Channel 12 Call for Action has contacted me and I am hoping to connect with them tomorrow. The more of us who complain, the stronger we can be in making sure Dennis Saban and his company are shut down once and for all. Channel 3 also contacted me, but advised me to continue with the AG's office due to Phoenix Car Rental's "troubled past."
