Um... First of all, it is preferable to LEX. LEX has been consistently late/broken down. But that's another story.
A couple gripes:
1. Their coupons only work on round trips which is fine and dandy. BUT they don't work on separate months. For example. Going home at the end of December and coming back in early January? Nope. Not applicable
2. They don't refund/transfer your tickets. I accidentally booked a one-way ticket when I wanted a round trip. I called and asked if the could cancel the booking and make a new one. Nope. That's fine. I like Peoria better anyway.
Overall decent option to go to Chicago.
1. More trips than Peoria. Less trips than LEX
2. More pricey than Peoria. About the same as LEX
3. Cruddy customer service compared to Peoria. (I believe LEX transfers tickets)
4. On time for the most part. LEX is almost always late
