rev:text	We signed up about a year ago, this is our second term now. It was great last year, but now?? This place is a total Zoo. Always packed with NOT ENOUGH MASTERS TRAINING ON THE BUSIEST TIMES For the All Ages./All Belts(TUES/THURS/SAT)! The masters are more focused on signing up new students, and NOT focusing on their current students eager to learn!!! Last week we went and there were 34 students, with only 2 BB Teachers & 2 Student helpers. This was during the week, we also attended Saturday two weeks ago, only ONE BB teacher and one helper!!!! Both Shihans were in offices with new parents!!! I was very upset!!! The BB Teacher was exhausted we can all see it, She was also frustrated and did her very best to give her all to each student. But with all different age groups and belts, you can see how difficult that can be. even for the BEST Teachers. As for their FREE BullyProof Program for their NKS students/Friends; It is NOT FREE unless you bring not only a friend but their parent, if not, they escort you out. Had I known, I would NEVER have continued another term for my kids. After paying over $1000 each child, they to have the audacity to tell us to leave the Bully Proof because we did not have any referrals for them to" harass" throughout the class and "corner them in "to signing up (is what a few other parents described it as). Kyoshi Marion who couldn't even do it herself she pressured in the Shihan's to do it. I am extremely disappointed, but it is truly beginning to look like the Masters are commission or bonus based on sign ups by the minute!! But I am 100% sure its not a money issue as this place is always PACKED. You would think they would expand with all the money they make!!! Marketing is one thing, but to behave like "telemarketers" and neglect the students that they currently have is not an example or leadership behavior expected by directors and masters. Set that time aside, when you have a large class or even a small one, GIVE the focus and attention to those NKS Students! That's' all we ask .I hope this review is an eye opener and action gets taken, We honestly do not enjoy attending anymore due to the fact of lack of focus from the teachers. Too bad.
