  • I don't live in Vegas, but was there visiting my brother that does. We stopped at the Cracked Egg for breakfast (one of his favorite places) and while we were waiting for our table, decided to pop into this shop. I've been curious about vaping as I'm a smoker and looking to quit so I figured why not? We had already been the The Pink Spot the day before and received not only horrible service but absolutely NO education in our brief 15 minutes there (10 of it waiting in line). I wasn't sure what to expect but this place was a breath of fresh air and EXACTLY what I was looking for. Colleen was an absolutely doll! She was very patient with us, let us try every single flavor we wanted to. Even my brother, who doesn't smoke, was intrigued by the variety and tried a few himself. Not only was she incredibly patient and nice, she explained every unit she had available, the pros and cons of each one, the ingredients in the juices, how much we could anticipate using as we "kicked the cigarette habit", how to assemble, disassemble and clean the pieces and parts of the vaping unit. She even created a customized starter kit for me and my friend who has also been wanting to cut down on smoking. We didn't want the basic starter but not the highest end either and she fitted our starter kits to our needs. AMAZING!! As if she hadn't already gone above and beyond providing fantastic customer service, she is contacting someone local to me (Arizona) so I can buy more juices from him directly. I'd rather just buy from Colleen as I believe in supporting local businesses, especially ones that provide such fantastic customer service. I'll be placing my future orders with Colleen and having my brother pick them up and ship them to me. She said she'll have online ordering eventually and when that happens, this is the place I'm going to for my vaping needs. Thank you Colleen! I wish you tremendous success in your new business venture! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
