Pretty unhappy with the service I experienced today. I brought in a blackberry 9780 to have the screen replaced and was intially told they may not have a replacement screen in stock but if they do they can replace it in about 30 minutes. I couldn't understand why they couldn't just check right away of they had the screen or not because only 1 of the 3 employees working there was actually working on a repair andtheir inventory stock is simply 1 little closet located right behind the counter. I ddidn't want to be rude or rush them so I gave them my name and number like they asked and proceeded to sit around in the mall waiting for them to call me. After 40 minutes of waiting I still hadn't heard from them so I went back to their shop to see how the repair was going. When I came into the shop the 3 of them were just sitting sround a laptop behind the counter watching a movie. I asked them how my repair was going and they said it was done and almost gave me the wrong phone. I told them I dropped off the blackberry and was told "oh ya no we dont have the replacement screen but I can order one for next week if you want". At this point I said no thanks and left the store. Im a firm believer in customer service in a service based industry and these guys are clearly lacking not only that but any sort of organizational skills as well. If they had even aknowledged the fact that they forgot about me and possibly apologized for making me wait 40 minutes on Christmas eve for nothing I wouldn't be writting this review but that isn't the case. Hopefully if you do choose to have your phone repaired here the same wont happen to you and maybe if the guys who own theshop are reading this they will see where they went wrong and lost 1 customer and it wont happen in the future. Just my 2 cents.
