| - Terrible customer service. I needed a new key for my laundry room, I called to ask if they had one I can pick up, they said yes. I don't have a car so I took a taxi to the office, when I arrived, I was told that they have the key, but they don't know which one it is. They then told me to come back next week to come get it. I argued that it cost me money to go to the office, that is why I called ahead of time to make sure the key is ready to be picked up. They replied by saying yes they have the key, but they don't know which one it is. If this is the case, why didn't they tell me that over the phone? Finally, my only options were to come back next week or have them mail me the key when they figure out which one it is. I do not have the key to my mailbox either, so I asked them to call me when the key is ready. I paid them a $5 money order on the spot even though I haven't received my key yet. I should also mention that the office does not take cash or credit cards, so I had to stop by Walmart to get a money order. I did all this of course, for no reason since I never even received my key. Anyway, I waited almost two weeks for a phone call and never received it, I was actually expecting that given how terrible the service is. Now I gotta go on living longer without ever doing laundry all because of this selfish and horrible company.
