Very poor customer service here, as usual. Underpaid workers that have no respect for their customers. Typical for uneducated persons to pull power trips over a record store position. Doesn't lead to much but, customer service, manners and respect for their customers could really be implemented and trained at these locations. There's no way I'm leaving my bag with a Mac notebook and iPhone in it at the front. I know the thieving kind of people that work here. Do not bring any valuables. Here they'd like to think the customers are thieves yet, management never looks at the internal theft and the thieving out of bags that are left at a register. NEVER AGAIN. Much better at BOOKMANS.
