  • I have to give one star today because of our experience just from today. We had the encounter that everyone is complaining about... the native American girl has got to be the worst cashier/server/barista ever. Not only is her attitude beyond horrific, she has a personality to match! She ruins our day everytime she serves us. Today she made our drinks disgusting and when I asked for more syrup she actually rolled her eyes and looked at the black girl with the bad attitude. Let me make this clear... I'm native American so no assumptions can be made.... I'm not biased. The native American girl should not be anywhere near any type of customer service position. Today's experience made us decide to go back to Lolas coffee. She is that bad. This is not our only bad experience with her.
