  • THE lady was RUDE! PUSHY for you to come back and be her regular customer. Does a LONG, IRRELEVANT talk about her life and her career. Charges UNREASONABLY. INSULTED me multiple times, first time she made long remarks about how we butchered my baby's hair. We were just trying to cut it ourselves and decided to bring her to the groomer when it did not work out very well?! I see nothing wrong with that? Second time, she accused me of "neglecting" my baby, a very strong word, only because I apparently failed to bring her back to her every 2 months which she suggesyed was a must! She then followed it with having to charge me more money because apparently I saved lots of money on those missed visits. Made a long, rude, and un-called for speech about how I neglected my baby. And even when I try to explain myself, she would cut me off mid sentence and insists I have neglected her (which is not true.) She seems nice but deep down she is a cold, rude, lady that has a strong mission to gain more customers by pushing them to come back and get charged more. Now I understand why she, herself, told me how a lot of customers don't become regulars. Shame on you, lady. NEVER COMING BACK.
