  • I had very high hopes for this place. The store is amazing and has beautiful and affordable furniture. The sales guy-Zach, was amazing. So friendly and so helpful. We loved him. I ordered my first piece for pick up to avoid the delivery charge. That process was great. The furniture ended up great. What will keep me from EVER purchasing from this place again was the delivery on my second order of furniture. We ordered a couch and chair with ottoman and a big sectional. We were told that one couch was in stock and could be delivered 2 days later (today) and the other had to be delivered on a secondary delivery because it was being shipped from Colorado. I was told that we would have the couch delivered between 7:30 and 10am today. I asked for them to call me 30 minutes before arrival because I had two dogs and a toddler at the house all day. By noon, I hadn't heard anything so we called customer service to follow up. They said they switched the time to 1:30-4:00pm (didn't tell us why). I said okay. By 4:30, we had gotten a phone call saying they would be 30-45 min to delivery time. An hour and 15 minutes later (6:00pm), they showed up to deliver. I asked them why they were 7 hours late, and the delivery guy said "I don't know the answer to that because my shift is just starting". They had ALL of the furniture, which is great except no one notified us of this, so we only cleared one room because we expected the large couch to come so much later. I told the guys to move the big sectional couch into the garage because I had no where to put it. In their defense, they asked if they could help me move the couch that was in its place and I said no because I had no where to put it. The guys called a customer service # who talked to me on speakerphone and said they would look into this whole situation further. She did say that the reason our order came later is because they wanted to deliver the entire order. This would have been amazing, had they let us know. We were notified that if we damage the sectional while moving it into the house, they weren't responsible. I said that was fine because at this point, I wanted the delivery guys to deliver my stuff and get out so that I didn't have to deal with this company any longer. They admitted that this was a horrible miscommunication and did refund a partial amount on the delivery. While I am very satisfied with the products from this store, the headache that was caused today cannot be forgotten. I would recommend spending the money to rent your own uhaul rather than utilizing their delivery service. Spending 3,000 dollars in their store didn't even warrant the proper customer service until I was visibly fuming with anger after 7 hours of waiting for them.
