  • I called and made an appointment for a hair consultation at 4pm, because the stylist suggested 4 instead of my original request of 3:30. He said he had an appointment at 3, so 4 would be better. I'm outside of this business at 3:57 pm. Door is locked, lights are out, business is closed and the Yelp hours for today cut off at 3:30. How rude. I received no call, text, or any other type of notification. You can't have my money with this type of unprofessionalism. It's now 4:10 and still no signs of life in there. I have no other choice but to post this.
