  • High hopes but not worth it. I loved the online scheduling and flexibility, and the cleaners seemed very personable, but the positives end there. Nothing was moved to dust surfaces, looked like a feather duster around items, where the surfaces were even touched (many were not). Soap scum on tub and shower were barely addressed, then when I brought it up, told it was stained. These stains rubbed off on my thumb. To their credit, they did try to fix issues I discovered while they were here, but if a job requires a rag and you're using a brush, please adapt. If nothing else, this visit gave me the push I needed to clean thoroughly and get the job my heart was set on.
