4 stars for service and creativity. The latte didn't taste super amazing but it sure did look it. I would definitely frequent this establishment and take visiting family and friends here but I don't see myself becoming a weekly regular. The ambiance and vibe that this location has is amazing. It has a downstairs and upstairs location, a giant world map painting on the wall, and plenty of seating. It kind of reminds me of a library. Everyone was so nice when I went in, being new to town and curious, I struck up a brief conversation with my barista to ask what it is that makes sambalatte unique and she said it was the rainbow lattes (which is what I had) and I asked how they get the color in it (since everyone on my social media was asking - and I didn't have an answer). It's food coloring in the steamed milk for those curious minds!
