  • This place is a joke! 0 stars!!!! I was in town for 2 months on a military TDY. I signed up for and paid for (in full) a 2 month membership. They assured me that my membership would cancel at the end of the 60 days. That wasn't the case. I kept calling every month explaining the situation. They would apologize and say it would be handled in 5-10 business days. After 4 months I lost my cool and they transferred me to the corporate. After a heated 15 minute discussion they reluctantly said they would refund half of what is owed to me back. I received an email today telling me $0.30 has been refunded to my account?!?!?!?! STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I started a BBB complaint and I'm also going to seek help from our Base Inspector General! This place is full of incompetent con artist!
