  • SO the CS department sends me the 2 replacement units. Now when I first open and charge the first unit...no problem, connected to the internet, set up went 100% and the video and audio was excellent. THE SECOND UNIT WILL NOT TURN ON again! No lights after I switched all of the cords, outlets etc. How can 3 out 4 units just not work? How can these items pass quality control before getting to the general public? This is frustration beyond belief.
