  • Beware, they contracted a third party company ( door closing systems LLC) to fix a self closing door through a property management company. Eight days later they showed up and did less than acceptable work ( metal shaving left on floor inside and out, door will not open ), and three days after repair, no one will return calls. I spoke with them at 9:30 am this morning and they assured me they would call me back and make it right..... NO CALL BACK! I called the third party company and they can't repair the work not done correctly for another five days. I have no access to my back yard due to the faulty work.
