I'm at a 3.5/5 with Chima for three reasons:
1. Tender, flavorful meat sliced at table-side. Okay, the second part is expected at every Brazilian Steakhouse but the first part not so much. My favorite is the top sirloin! Also, if you want medium--they have medium. If you want well done--they have well done. And rare/medium-rare (often the most popular) is available too! If not they're more than ready to send the meat you want at the temperature you want.
2. A few of the pieces I found rather salty.
3. Expensive! But ask them about the banker discount Sunday-Wednesday.
Over all it's a classy location with nice service and well cooked (although not always at the ideal salt level) meat. If you're looking for an AYCE with lots of meat in Charlotte this is the place to be.
