  • I travel a few times a year and I've traveled more in the past 10 years then I can remember. This was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. We had a suite and The first room had a clogged sink and it was late so they moved us. The AC was set to 68 and the room was fridged and the heat didn't work. This is November why isn't the heat checked and operational? Luckily it was warm so the outside temp warmed the room. But then it had a ceiling fan we could use but there is only 1 speed high..... I'm not sure if the walls are thinner here but we heard everything and the people above us sounded like romper room. Then to top it all off they are changing carpet in the rooms and they don't tell you when making reservations so you have an option although any of onsite notice. Then they choose to change the carpet in said romper room above us at 900 am and it sounded like they were coming through the floor. Arrrgggg horrid times.
