I have no idea how long Sushi Fever has been in business, but from the looks of the dated and worn interior it looks like it's been a while. The large interior is filled with teppanyaki tables, a large U-shaped sushi bar, and a dining room. The quality of the food is average with rolls like the Hawaiian ($10.50) constructed with minimal rice and decent flavors from the tuna. The Don't Tell Mama ($16) was more visually impressive, but flavors were dominated by the overall spiciness of the chili sauce. For dessert, the deep fried cheesecake was disappointing. The center still frozen and the tempura batter covering the slice was uneven with some areas too thick and chewy.
