  • I am so happy there is a place like Phil & Sebastian at the Chinook mall now. What a great place to escape. Once you're inside it doesn't feel like you're at the mall at all. The coffee is lovely. I tried the grilled cheese and wasn't too impressed. It was good but not as good as it seemed like it should have been judging by the quality of everything else inside.
