  • I'm sad to say that we will never return. We once boasted about the quality of food at farmhouse to all of or friends, but we can no longer overlook the extremely rude staff. From the moment you walk in you get a sense for the less than friendly vibe of the place, the host is incredibly unwelcoming. I can get over a "cold vibe" for good food, BUT I absolutely cannot overlook being practically scolded or meant to feel like an annoyance from the server. This is the second time that we have encountered this same server, and have had the same hostile attitude both times. What's worse, is that they will openly talk about you amongst themselves and then shoot you evil eye from across the room. If you choose to dine here, let me give you some advice - make up your mind on what you want to eat quickly, don't ask questions, order alcohol to ring up your tab, and be totally cool with feeling like you are being done a huge favour by dining here. This is toronto, the word will get around and truthfully, the quality of food is not like it was a couple of years ago.
