  • Never doubt the rating of other yelpers. This store was rated with 1 star by several for a reason...and they were right. This store was fully staffs. Yet, many of them were walking around chitchatting or simply doing nothing. I walked by several isles looking for brow powder and was unable to find any. No one even tried offering to help until I reached out. And when I did, I was given a lot of attitude. Initially I didn't know the item I was looking for was called "brow powder". When she finally figured out what I was looking for after I described it to her, she looked at me and spoke to me like I was stupid. The only reason I gave it an additional star was because the lady who worked at the check out line made up for the rudeness that I experienced. She asked me if anyone was helping me out and I simply told her what had happened. Since she saw how upset I was, she went into the back room and gave me some samples for free. When she asked me who that person was, she apparently didn't seem surprise and apologize to me again for what had happened. While I appreciate the freebies,I would much rather to be treated with friendliness and respect. I will NEVER come to this snobby store EVER EVER EVER again.
