  • Now this is a walker's orgasmic orgiastic fantasy! Whatever! It definitely is full of life (not like the desolate Pike in LB). I walked the hell out of this place, exploring every nook and cranny last week. Soooo much to see and do. I long to see a place like this in downtown Long Beach. Sadly, I can only dream until I move to super-atsui-hot Vegas. It sucks I have to spend airfare but this is a nice place to meet, shop, drink, kill some time, ride the High Roller, etc... Some shops that caught my eye- The Polaroid Fotobar? Wow I should have held onto my trusty, dusty Polaroid! Beard Papas! mmm! Gooey goodness at FAME! I didn't get to try the other Asian treats but I will soon! Kitson! Wowowowow! Tons shopping! Yardhouse! Sprinkles cupcakes! Sooo much going on and I'll post my pics soon but most of these places are open until 2am, with lots of security included, so I felt safe.. But you should always watch yourself, especially if you've been drinking. This is a place the Pike should emulate and include interesting shops and things to do! Hint! Hint!
