  • I will NEVER go back to Shapes at Chandler Fashion. Stood in line for 8 minutes and the "lady" decided to tell me she was closed and not just that, she then turned her back to me. They were already my last choice because I have never seen them wipe down the headrest without me having to ask. The hours posted on Yelp are obviously wrong since they close at 8, one hour prior to the mall closing. Never again! I cannot stand rude people who act as if I am doing them a favor! I will be going back to where I prefer to go on Boston in Chandler.
