I have never had a more negative experience with a contractor than the experience that I have had with Appliance Resource & Rescue. After coming out to my home to examine my broken washer, I was told that they would be ordering a part the next day. The next day came and went, as did the entire next week. I made multiple calls to the contractor and received no response. Whenever I was lucky enough to actually get someone to answer the phone, they were not able to help me, and simply said that their supervisor would call me back, which didn't happen. I even asked for the supervisor's phone number and I was told that they were not allowed to give out his phone number. After paying Appliance Resource & Rescue $75 for a service call and waiting for 3 weeks, with no response, I have had to start from scratch with a new repair company. This has been a horrible experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this. How is it that a company like this can still be in business?
