Sadly, tonight's service doesn't make the grade. One server, one cook, one someone else, not sure what he is doing. Waited 40+ minutes for wings. Not checked on before or after food arrived. This place is a prime candidate for some hospitality management improvements. A Ziosk machine would speed up at least the back end of the process. Probably only one more visit to see if this was a fluke, or if the new normal for WingNutz.
