  • I came in to get a gel manicure and pedicure. They took me right away. I told the person who helped me that i wanted gel pedicure and then noticed she was putting on regular nail Polish. I thought it was fine since the Polish was already on one toe and it looked ok, and moved on with my manicure. Before we went to the table I asked for a gel color on my hand. She went over to the gel colors and got what I thought was a gel color. She comes back and starts putting on the foundation and I expect the color to come next. She then put on the top coat. I asked about the color, she said "yes color". She continued to put on top coat. She put me under the gel machine and says 45$. I then asked "what about the color??". She brought someone to translate and ask me what I wanted. I said I had asked for a specific color and had no color my nails were painted with clear gel. They offered to fix it but I had to leave and she still charged full price for gel . Soo disappointed with my experience.
