  • Pros: Dependable. I can expect that my appointment time and day will be respected and It always is. We are a retired couple with a dog and like to vacate when the cleaners come so it is a big deal to us that they're on time. Consistency. They don't constantly switch teams. I like that I have my same crew every time. Communication. They email the day before to remind you of your clean. And if there's ever an issue, someone actually picks up the phone and resolves it ! Quality. My dog sheds a lot and it is a beautiful thing to come home to a hairless house that smells great. Nothing gets broken, which I had with a previous company. They even waxed my furniture! You will not be disappointed Cons: None! Eight months later... everything still the same, maybe even better! I love my team! Two years later in new house with same fantastic service. My team 3 Araceli and Irma are the best!
