  • This place dont even deserve any star... Honestly the service here suck. Me and hubby purchased the 2nd expensive sectional in the entire store, and we had custom made, so i was taking my time to choose the material, the sales man was no help but being pushing... anynway, so after 6 and half weeks, we received our couch FINALLY, but we notice the back of the couch was not straight, the hook on the side of couch wasnt even able to connect, even took the delivered guy 30+ min to fixed, the result--------- cricket as hell, even the he said still not straight...... ( the biggest mistake was that we pay it full already ) We called the CS regarding the problem, it seems like they've always have some BS excuse like we dont think is a major issue or nothing wrong ( hello, are you the customer or we are ??), no return accept...etc. They dont f***** care, period!!! My hubby is still dealing with those ahole.... will updated in the future!!! If you want good after CS.......... you wont find it here but BS excuse!!!!
