  • There is no customer service at this office. I don't know why they bother to schedule appointments because they always seem to reschedule them. Sometimes multiple times. One time, they called to reschedule so late that I was actually already driving to the (rescheduled) appointment. I don't think they communicate with each other either. I've had more than one person call to reschedule the same appointment. And then their system didn't update, and I got reminders for the original appointment. And about 3 requests to confirm the new appointment that I had already verbally confirmed. Forget calling and talking to a live person. Leaving a message is no better. Their recorded message says they will call back with 48 hours. This last time took 6 - I repeat 6 - days! I've also had them tell me they "tried" calling. In this day and age of voice mail and call logs, one can't get away with those kinds of lies. I will be looking for a new doctor.
