  • My AC stopped working on my new 2018 vehicle. It was a factory mistake. Their mechanic Alex walked me in for an immediate appointment to fix the issue and gave me water and snacks while I waited which I appreciate greatly. I had the impression it would only take a few min since he said the problem was just too much Freon in the AC. However, it took them 3 hrs which was frustrating since they mad it seem like it would be really quick. I understand that things are busy but In in the future I would like better expectation management so I could have made different plans rather than languishing in the waiting room.
