  • We purchase a new home and needed to have some warranty repair done on our flooring that was installed by them. There were 2 gentleman in my home the entire day fixing the mistakes. I was home as well the entire time but there was still enough time for them to steal from us. I reported this and was given the number to the Supervisor Bruno. I called several times and they never answer the phone. I left several voicemail messages asking for a call back and nothing! People will be people I get that but not returning my call and at least acting like you care gets me even more furious. Stay clear of this company!! IF you have no choice because of a new build, watch them like a hawk! P.S Heritage, I would still like a call back regarding this!
