  • As a previous customer of Aarons where I actually bought a house of furniture with great quality of furniture, competitive prices and very friendly customer service...I thought ok lets go with Aarons. Mistake 1, after applying and ordering my living room set on line back in September, I waited for Store to call as informed by website/emails they would within a few days. After a week, no calls so I called them told that there was no order in my name due to holiday try again in a few days. A week later, still no calls. Called told by female she would look into my order and call me. Well I went elsewhere and got living room set cheaper and delivered within a few days. Now although I should've known better, Mistake 2; I tried again to buy a king mattress/box spring set. Did everything online, waited a week called the store, this time the lady was so super nice, helpful and set my delivery date and time...which leads us to today. Waited from 5-7 for delivery, got rid of old mattress, bought new sheets and blankets. At 652pm, I get call they can't deliver tonight. The delivery guys are still out delivery the morning deliveries. 1. How is this my problem? 2. You obviously knew hours ago since my furniture is still at store according to employee, so why call 8 mins before 7? 3. Then to say you're not sure of next delivery date, maybe tomorrow or 2-3 days depending on my schedule and other deliveries. 4.To offer me a 25$ discount on first month, insulting. As a previous manager I would have offered a delivery time of first thing tomorrow and/or 1st month fees waived. And when I explained this is the 2nd time your staff/store let me down, all I get is a sorry call if you change your mind and still want furniture. I asked for an email confirmation of no delivery and cancelled order to protect my credit she told me they don't do that. Lesson learned....1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me!!
