  • Wow I would honestly expected coming from NYC I would get better service. Perhaps my expectations were way too high with a well drink being greater than $15 and all however I was extremely disappointed when I asked for water for my friend and was denied by 'Missy' I don't understand how after watching someone get heat stroke in the pool earlier in the day that asking for a cup of water was a privilege granted to a certain few. Even getting Missy's name for this review was a task because I had to explain why I wanted her name before I got it. The west coast is weird and rude AF and clearly needs a better business plan and staffing. Good luck.
