| - The refund policy is 3 days from signup.. I would suggest that you use it if you happen to have signed up within that time. Scummy business practices in general is what you should expect otherwise.
As an example: I purchased a membership online, and received no information about policies or contract info. You will also find none of this information on their website. I only got a email stating that my card was charged.
When I called to cancel within 2 weeks of the original purchase, I was told that I needed to come in-person to do so. When I did, within an hour of the phone call, I was told by the attendant at the front counter that the cancellation policy was 3 days (though he said it used to be 14 days) and that I had no recourse beyond that.
The membership was never used, and I never stepped foot in the place prior to cancelling. I asked to see a contract or any other documentation regarding the cancellation policy, and was told that there was none immediately available, but that one would be promptly emailed to me.
Of course you can guess how that went.. At least 3 calls over the next week and a half yielded absolutely nothing, other than further confirmation that this is a shady dirtbag operation of a gym, that will happily dodge and duck your calls requesting basic info that any other legitimate business would be happy to provide.
All in an effort to pocket a measly $128.99 for a service that was never once provided/received. Go elsewhere if you have an ounce of sense at all, and the benefit of reading this prior to going in or calling about a membership.
Pay attention to their lackluster rating and reviews, as they're among the lowest in Las Vegas.. It is not a fluke or any kind of accident. It has been heartily earned, and you have been clearly warned.
