  • There is a lot of skepticism about celebrity chef restaurants in Vegas. Food and drink is expensive and sometimes the quality suffers as a result but let me tell you...this is not one of those cases. If you're concerned that a $65+ steak is not worth the investment, you can always option to split the cut or, for the greater skeptics...head to the bar and try one of their tasty cocktails and their award willing Sticky Toffee Pudding or their Chocolate Pot de Crème. Order an evening coffee and you'll get a selection of liquor filled spoons in White, Milk and Dark Chocolate! The whole "experience" lasts at least 90 minutes from start to finish, so if you're catching a 7pm show on the Strip, a 4:30pm dinner reservation is about as late as you'd want to go. I loved how the hostess took us from "Paris" through "The Tube" to get into "London." You are presented with an iPad featured HD photos of their Signature Cocktails with details as to the flavors of each drink included (I highly recommend the HK Antioxidant.) After drinks, the waitstaff brings over a Steak Display (yup. It's a thing) and walks you through the different cuts of meat and their flavor/properties etc. At her suggestion, I tried the American Cap (the outside cut of a Ribeye) with sides of potatoe purree and lardons apple cider vinaigrette brussel sprouts. The steak was delicious (and a perfect portion for a hungry 120lb girl to finish) and the potatoes were like each whipped cream but the brussel sprouts...a little too sweet/tart for my personal taste. I prefer them crispier and salty! But the dessert. THE DESSERT. I will most likely go back simply for the Sticky Toffee Pudding because it was just that good. The brown butter ice cream is in the cutest little rectangle, (so it kind of actually looks like a stick of butter) but the sauce is so sweet and deliciously rich I only wish there was more ice cream to compliment it.
