  • Holy crap. I have been to Sambalatte in Summerlin one other time, and while it was good, it didn't blow my socks off... and for the price, meh. I don't really remember what we ordered, but we must have ordered the wrong thing that time. I came into this Sambalatte for a business meeting over coffee, and first of all, the ambiance is great. It's an impressive and beautiful coffee shop, and on a Friday morning there wasn't really many people there at all. Perhaps because of some construction going on in the front area of the Monte Carlo! I ordered a White Mocha as did the gentleman I was meeting. WOW. Seriously, it was the best White Mocha I have ever had in my life...well, at least top 3. I didn't know it could be so smooth. They had the beautiful design on the top, but more importantly... it was so freaking creamy and smooth that I almost felt like I was sipping a frothy wonderful warm shake. If that makes any sense at all. I will definitely go back to another Sambalatte (parking here is a bit annoying with the parking garage of the Monte Carlo being quite the hike), and I just hope they can make a White Mocha that's anywhere near as good as the one here!
