  • First off, Shabu Grill! Does it mean I should expect Shabu Shabu and Grill??? But no, it was only Hot Pot. The FOOD. Definitely not for you to WOW. 3 pieces of vegetable, 2 thin pieces of meat, frozen seafood on the plates. Seriously? Can't you just put more in 1 plate so there won't be tons of work to do for dishwashers. No signs for anything they put out for dessert. How do you suppose to know what is what? SERVICE. I got charged $36 gratuity automatically because there was 6 people of us. I wasn't mad at $36. I was mad that I didn't deserve to pay that amount of the money because I didn't get served well. Let me tell you about the girl who served us. We sat behind the reception table so that girl was sitting there on her phone constantly. She picked up the empty plates only TWICE during our meal. NO drink refill. NO table touch. NO smile. NO thank you. Do you think she deserved $36? She thought that she got my $36 anyway that's why she didn't offer anything on her end. I came here last year and it was better. That's why i came back this year with my friends. But the service and the food embarrassed me so bad that I won't be coming back.
