  • Yes! Finally a theater for serious movie fans. While they just opened this first location in Phoenix, the staff seemed well trained and ready to help their new patrons understand how it all works - from how to order food (which was terrific, but more on that in a sec) to their strict no texting/talking rule which that alone will have me return frequently. As we entered our theater to see Allied, they had WW2 propaganda shorts playing to set the mood instead of the typical commercials or pop songs that run in any other theater. The seat arrangement and comfort was ok, but I really don't need the gimmicky recliners, etc. the shared table for each pair of seats was just right. Servers were friendly and completely ninja-like without interrupting the movie experience at all. Bonus points for not dumping guacamole on me like iPic did a few weeks ago with a shrug. Seriously great server - I should have tipped more... Surprisingly broad beer/wine menu with enough cocktail and non-alcohol variety to round it out. The food we ordered was fair priced and excellent. I want to try the bake to order cookies or adult milkshakes next time. Bravo and welcome to Phoenix!
