| - Please keep in mind this review has NOTHING to do with the timeshare sales presentation they make--if you choose to do that. We did that for free show tickets (one of the cirques), and it was worth it, although they said it would only take an hour--it ended up taking over 3 hours. So if you want to sit through a sales pitch for free tickets, do it--just say "no!" though to buying.
Now, onto the resort. We've stayed at a lot of Wyndham resorts and this is up there with some of the best. We had a 2-bedroom presidential and it was a very large suite. Large rooms, spacious dining room, and a more-than-adequate kitchen. The living room, however, was cramped. Usually our family likes to sit around the living room at these resorts after a long day and relax together. Not much room to do that for even a family of 4. But you're in Vegas, so it's not a major complaint.
The pools are wonderful. They're what you expect from a pool in a desert--very refreshing. They have plenty of lounge chairs to go around. We never saw it close to capacity.
All the staff are amazing. They are so kind and helpful--it seems like they all want to work there. They always had a smile on and were very responsive to our needs and requests.
Parking is free but they also have free valet, which is nice. Shuttle to Rio and Caesar's every hour. Free wi-fi for up to four devices. My one gripe would be that check-out is 10am--no exceptions. 10am is REALLY early, especially in Vegas!
