After a little dip in the pool and a short nap, I woke up hungry for something unhealthy! Browsing through Yelp, I came across this place.
They are known for their fried chicken, but I wanted to be difficult and try all of their different types of chicken: fried, baked, and grilled. All were great but the fried was the best! It's may also be due to the fact that I wanted to be bad after doing a lap in the pool lol. They use tempura batter to fry the chicken. You get a nice crunch with every bite you take. You can see the grill marks on the grilled and it's good too. The baked chicken was juicy! So I love em all! The baked mac n cheese was really good too. The slightly burnt top layer of cheese and the ooey gooey inside made it great!
There's also different sauces you can pick. My personal favorite is the wasabi, but I like wasabi too. It's not overpowering where your eyes would water, however, it's a pretty good kick! So be careful and try at your own risk. The house sauce was explained to me as thousand island but it kinda tastes like ketchup mixed with mayo we call that fry sauce in Utah!
