Worst customer service I have EVER encountered!!! EVER!! The owner Sheila has absolutely no skills in running a business. Both times I was in the shop she was very overwhelmed and could not handle the work load of a very big account! Very sad!!

The horrible customer service started when I called that morning checking on my order. Sheila was very annoyed that I would dare call and check on an order with out being called first. When the items were finally located I was told they would have them ready by three. I went in at 3pm only for them to take 15 mins to find them again. THEN that's when they gave me a shirt that their employee said was black but then they retracted and said it was navy. I ordered navy. I'm positive it was black. The exact words that were repeated was "this is dark navy..I think". They couldn't provide me a color code so we could verify it was navy. The owner finally came at me with "You've been a problem since your phone call this morning!" I had no idea that calling to check on an order was such a problem for this establishment. I wouldn't recommend any business to use this place for their embroidery needs. The account that I had to use them for was obviously too big of an account for them to handle. Sheila was very overwhelmed. Just want to add this wasn't just me, many other parents I spoke to were also unhappy with this place.
