  • Reviewing solely because I was impressed by this location. Nobody likes going to the MVD. But my experience here was super efficient. I came here for name change due to marriage. For drivers license & registrations, it is Line 3 all the way at the end of the long walkway. I came around 10:15 AM with a handful of people in front of me for the initial info desk and only took less than 10 minutes to be helped, then take my photo for my new drivers license. Then after filling out the paperwork, I got in a line of maybe 10 people or so. They do not utilize the number system, rather they have a designated employee standing at the front of the line directing people to open windows. This line, though longer than the initial line went by even faster. I was helped by Amy at her window and she was thorough and pleasant. This was a seamless process and the bathroom is clean. They have ample parking. Amy told me that mornings are the best time to come and lunch time would be the worst because people like to go on their lunch break.
