In April/May 2017 I had a terrible experience with the service department/body repair department. They held my car for a month while General Motors was trying to duplicate a brake failure I had in my 2017 Camaro. Unfortunately they did not duplicate it and my front end is slightly damaged still. When I went to return their rental vehicle unfortunately someone had put a small ding/scratch/dent in the door. (Not my fault and did not notice until I returned it) I spent 6 hours trying to fight them from forcing me to pay $800 for a quarter sized dent in their door, I was very calm with them and being a previous employee knowing how that place works they would help me out. Nope. Couldn't lower the cost, wouldn't give my car back, wasn't willing to do payments (still wouldn't give my car back even if I did the payments), wouldn't waive the fee...nothing. I was patient with them and did not get upset like a majority of the customers I have seen working there have. I had just recently lost my job I was at, so money was a huge issue in that matter which I explained to them. My car insurance wouldn't cover it. Nothing. So my husband had to help pay this $800 ridiculous fee for a quarter sized scratch/dent. I got my car back still with the brake issue and front end I still need to fix. It upsets me to leave this review because even though I quit working there 3 years ago, I stayed loyal to them. Bought 2 cars with them & continued to use the service department even though I lived 20 miles away. This will be the last time I come back. Thanks for nothing and taking advantage of a women in a man's business.
