We were disappointed on our last visit to The Parlor. We've loved their pizzas, cocktails and pasta dishes but they fell short of our experiences in the past last Friday. I ordered the Seafood Pasta and it was way too fishy, the shrimp and calamari seemed over cooked and the sauce was drowned out by the seafood. My husband ordered the bolognese and it was good but not spectacular. I know they recently promoted their Sous Chef once they opened The Clever Koi so I just hope that he can find his own voice in the food and improve on these recipes.
