| - My A.C. unit was not working properly, I am retired (68), I embrace modern technology. Out with my iPad, Google search, like the Adrian HVAC that I see on several platforms (Yelp, Kijiji, etc). I see the contact phone # is a mobile # so I send a brief text, briefly describe my problem and my suburb I live in, a quick reply requesting address and saying 3:30pm would be available, I confirm and shortly after 3:30pm a professional looking man in mid to late 30's rings my doorbell. My career had been in a related field so I was pretty familiar with A.C. problems. In an hour Adrian checked my whole system, A.C. unit, furnace c/w fan operation etc. He found a minor freon leak, fixed it and added a small amount of freon to bring it back up to proper operational pressure. He rechecked the complete system and confirmed that he thought it was now working perfectly, I have no doubt it was and it has since then. When he left I felt like a very satisfied customer, I had liked his ad, followed my instincts and went with him. His invoice was close to half what I know many of the larger companies would have charged me. I must, from a personal point of view, highly recommend this company.
