| - Sprouts Market is the place where I get most of supplements, organic produce, vitamins and other healthy stuff.
As you can see in my latest pictures, I've been losing weight!

There is a reason why. I've been on a health kick lately, and I've decided to make some changes in my eating habits.
Most of the stuff that I've been using came from Sprouts. Here, is a list of items I've been taking that you can buy from here:
1. Stevia - I've eliminated sugar and switched to stevia.
2. Macrolife Micro Reds - It's superfood! I mix it with my Cinch Protein Shake and Lucuma Powder. (This one you can buy at Whole Foods)
3. Flax Powder
4. Liquid Amino (I use this instead of soy sauce or salad dressing)
5. Sprouted Grain
6. Almond and Coconut Milk
I've also maintained a healthy diet of mostly alkaline forming foods like Kale, almonds and avocados.
I've also eliminated coffee, soda and alcohol which is a big thing. No dangerous aspartame.
I don't deprive myself though.
If I need to have a cupcake or french fries, I am going to have one, but I don't eat the whole plate. I may eat a bite or two.
Of course, you have to exercise too, and so far I really like the results.
